High precision multi-layer thick copper PCB: it is suitable for the battery management board, motor controller and on-board OBC charger of the tri electric system BMS. It uses high heat resistant vehicle gauge base material and thickened copper foil process. It can withstand high voltage and high current, has excellent insulation, heat dissipation and aging resistance, and can adapt to the wide temperature on-board working conditions of -40 ℃~125 ℃, and meets the safety regulations and standards of 800V high-voltage platform;
High level HDI high-density interconnect board: designed for autonomous driving domain controllers, 77GHz millimeter wave radars, and vehicle perception cameras, with expertise in micro blind buried holes and precision impedance control processes. It features 12-20 layer high density wiring to ensure stable high-speed signal transmission, reduce signal loss, and meet the concurrent data requirements of advanced intelligent driving multi-sensor systems;
Vehicle mounted flexible circuit board (FPC): used for vehicle central control screens, seat sensors, battery pack wiring, with a substrate that can be repeatedly bent, lightweight, and suitable for folding and rotating structures inside the car. It is vibration resistant, moisture resistant, and solves the limitations of traditional hard board structures;
Planning for high-end chip carrier boards: Yingtan Phase III will achieve mass production of carrier boards by 2029, and in the future, it can be equipped with on-board main control chip packaging, connecting "PCB manufacturing+SMT surface mount+chip carrier board" one-stop automotive electronic solutions.
Unlike small and medium-sized manufacturers that can only supply simple interior circuit boards, Chengrui Circuit products cover more than 20 segmented application modules of the entire vehicle, cooperate with over 300 industry customers, and have long-term stable supply cooperation with well-known brands such as Geely Automobile, SAIC Group, and Schneider. The products are also exported to overseas automotive supply chains in Europe, America, and Japan. At the level of production capacity layout, Yingtan Phase I achieved full production in just three months, fully verifying the company's ability to scale manufacturing and batch delivery. In response to the long-term incremental demand for automotive electronics, the group has implemented a three-stage expansion plan, targeting the expansion of automotive grade HDI and thick copper plate dedicated production lines to alleviate the current shortage of high-end automotive PCB production capacity.
